About this project

NoteSphere is an educational project maintained by students that helps students find and share study resources. It is not a formal organization or registered charity. The site is provided for educational and informational use.

Accounts and respectful use

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, harass others, upload malware, spam users, or use content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Notes, links, and copyright

Only share material you created or have permission to share. You retain rights you hold in your submissions and grant NoteSphere permission to host, display, and distribute them as needed to operate the service. Notes may link to third-party file hosts; we do not control those sites or guarantee their availability, safety, accuracy, or continued access.

If you believe content infringes your rights or should be removed, email support.notesphere@gmail.com with the URL and an explanation. We may hide or remove content while reviewing a report.

Voluntary contributions

Contributions are optional and are intended to help with hosting and upkeep. They are not purchases, do not provide special access or benefits, and are not represented as charitable or tax-deductible donations. Razorpay processes payments under its own terms. Contact support.notesphere@gmail.com about a payment concern or refund request; requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Availability and moderation

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature and may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these terms or threatens the service or its users. We aim to keep the library useful, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every resource is accurate or suitable for a particular course.

Disclaimers and liability

Use the site and third-party material at your discretion. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoteSphere is provided without guarantees, and we are not responsible for indirect loss, third-party sites, or decisions made using user-submitted materials. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
